Short-term vacation rentals in some Florida neighborhoods are already out-of-control — and an amendment filed on a “vacation rentals” bill would make it worse.

Instead of protecting the property rights of homeowners—who expect to live around neighbors, not party-going vacationers—SB 714 enables short-term rental abuse and makes it harder to keep our neighborhoods safe.
